There's two options when you faced the situation. One of them is to stop it, one of them is to start it. So how would you determine on which option to choose?.. I think coming into a decision would depends on your feels and concerns about the situation..So is more emphasis placed on feels or concerns?..this is what i think...If concerns is more than your feel and at the end of the day you make your decisions based on your concerns, then does it mean that your feel is not so genuine?.Cos your concerns manage to outweigh your feel. On the other hand, in the similar situation if you let your decision based on your feel, would it mean that you are being too emotional and not doing logical things?...Hmm, its like heart over mind kind of thing..haha.

For me, I think I usually have my heart put before my mind...But im not being illogical la..haha.its more of i based my decisions mostly on my heart, on how i feel...
